Using the principles of lean constructions, GC Heritage has found ways to minimise waste and maximise the use of time, labour and materials without compromising on quality. Planning is integral and the results of an uninterrupted workflow have helped the company to achieve the full satisfaction of its clients.
It is these same principles, coupled with the company’s prioritisation on high-quality materials and meticulous planning that have allowed GC Heritage to successfully accomplish several restoration projects such as 42, King Street, Khoo Kongsi and Cheah Kongsi.
It is the hope of the company to be able to help preserve Malaysia’s rich, historical heritage.
